Healthy Habit Challenge and Transformation Program

We all know that 2020 wasn’t the greatest year for most, but now more than ever we know the importance and value of prioritizing our health. We want you to claim 2021 as your healthiest and happiest!

Living your healthiest isn’t about quick fixes or drastic changes. In order to truly makes changes that stick, we need to focus on the basics and consistency with those basics
With that concept in mind we have put together 2 programs to help support you: a 6 week Healthy Habit Challenge and a 12 week intensive Transformation Program.

6 Week Healthy Habit Challenge

What: A 6 week challenge to lay the foundation of healthy lifestyle habits

When: 2/1/21 to 3/14/21

What is included:
Daily habit tracking
6 weeks of Dietitian approved meal plans and grocery lists
Access to fitness programming (current members – in person and/or virtual, challenge participants – virtual)
Daily habit tracking, education and accountability

12 Week Transformation Program

What: A 12 week intensive program that will educate, motivate and support you around all things fitness, nutrition and wellness

When: 2/1/21 through 4/25/21

What is included:
Daily habit tracking and education
Weekly group workshops
Weekly individual checkins and goal reviews with your assigned coach
Weekly meal plans and grocery lists
Access to unlimited virtual (all participants) and in person (current members) workouts
Ongoing motivation and accountability

Week 1 – Calculating your needs and setting goals
Week 2 – Meal Prep and Grocery Shopping
Week 3 – Meal Planning
Week 4 – Mastering meals: Breakfast
Week 5 – Mastering meals: Lunch
Week 6 – Mastering meals: Dinner
Week 7 – Snacks and Sweets
Week 8 – Nutrition 202: Vitamins and superfoods
Week 9 – Nutrition and Your workouts
Week 10 – Food and Mood
Week 11 – Myth Busting
Week 12 – Now what? How to manage your goals beyond the program

12 Week Transformation Program

Spend 12 weeks working with our team of experts to cut through the “New Year, New You” noise, identify a realistic personal goal, and establish a healthy habits that you can sustain for a lifetime. During the 12 weeks we will focus on all things nutrition, fitness and wellness so you gain the knowledge and confidence to take control of your health.
