This year has been challenging for most of us, so let’s make the best of it and finish the year off strong! We often think about setting resolutions and making changes on January 1st, but hey, it’s 2020, there are no more rules so let’s get started on making healthy changes early!

Can you spare 7 minutes a day, 7 days a week? Each day you will receive a short challenge or activity to complete. The challenges will be related to fitness, nutrition and general wellness and are all designed to be done in less than 7 minutes.
If you post about your daily challenge on Instagram or Facebook with the hashtag #AHB2020Challenge you will be entered into a drawing for a prize. There will be winners drawn weekly.
