10 Steps to Habit Change
Living a healthy life requires constant goal setting. In order to reach our goals, we need to hold ourselves accountable and not let our goals escape to the land of New Year’s Resolutions and good intentions.
Keep yourself motivated by writing your goals down and posting them in a visible location. For example, if you frequently flake on the gym at the end of a long work day, put a post it with your goal written on it on your steering wheel. Or if late night binging is your issue, hang your goal on the fridge. It is a lot harder to skip the gym or grab that bowl of ice cream at 9 PM when your goal is staring you in the face.
