FREE Wellness Workshops:
Recordings will be emailed to all registered participants after the session if you are unable to make the scheduled session.
Quarantined in the Kitchen with Jumana, Wednesdays at 6:30 pm
Join us for a live cooking demonstration. Registrants will receive a grocery list during registration. Jumana will be explaining the nutrition behind the recipe as she goes. Feel free to cook along side her! Registered participants will receive the recipe after the class as well.

May 2nd: Chicken Tortilla Soup, Baked Tortilla Chips, and Mexican Hot Chocolate Mug Cake
May 9th: Brunch for Dinner: A Mother’s Day Prelude – Savory Dutch Baby and a mixed berry granola crisp

Some classes will be run via GoToMeeting so we can interact with you during class which does not require pre-registration. Classes that require pre-registration will be noted below.

Bootcamp Saturday 8-8:45 am 8/15
All Pre-Reg classes will be held through GoToWebinar and you will receive a link to access the class after you register. All other classes will be held on GoToMeeting. At the scheduled class time, simply click the link and it will bring you directly to the Live class.
Please complete our liability waiver prior to your first class.
Clients with current semi private contracts: Alicia or Becky will email you your at home workout prior to your scheduled session.
