We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Run and Relax Retreat weekend. Join us for a weekend of fun and relaxation with some running mixed in there too!

Where: Camp Hayward and Burgess, Sandwich MA
When: June 2-4th, 2017
Check in after 3 pm Friday, Check out at 12 on Sunday
Who: Runners of all abilities
What: A weekend of running and fun!

Activities will include:
-Group runs (road and trail)
-Educational workshops to support your running (nutrition for runners, injury prevention, how to build a training plan, etc)
-1:1 sessions with a strength coach, running coach, and/or dietitian to discuss your individual goals
-Strength and Yoga sessions tailored to a runner’s needs
-Gait analysis and injury screenings
-Free time to connect with fellow runners
-A wine tasting with Fit Vine Wine

Cost: $450, includes lodging, all meals, all activities and swag bag

Some FAQs:

  • Are we sleeping outside?! Nope! The camp has really nice cabins (pictured above) that we will be staying in. They are equipped with plenty of power plugs and are set up in pods with a shared bathroom facility.
  • What should I bring? We will be emailing out packing lists a few weeks before the retreat.
  • Can I come if I am not a fast runner or can’t run very far? Please do! As long as you enjoy running, want to become a better runner or want to meet other crazy people who get up at 5 am to get their run in, you are welcome with open arms.
